ABRO, Bucks County offers
respite to children living in Belarus, a
country contaminated by the
radioactive fallout from the Chernobyl
nuclear accident in 1986. Through the
American Belarussian Relief
Organization, local families bring
children to the U.S. to share their
homes and faith during a six-week
summer program. The group is seeking
to expand its ministry in 2008. Host
families, prayer partners, financial
assistance, and dental/medical services
are needed. To find out how you can
help, please contact group
coordinators Jo Ann & Mike Long at
215-208-3251.
